This immersive Yoga Training Experience goes well beyond the typical training topics of physical postures, anatomy, and alignment.
Prepare to have an active, dynamic, holistic and practical experience as a yoga teacher trainee. Throughout the process, you will learn to integrate practices that can interrupt the cycle of dis-ease, and cultivate greater healing, new mindsets, and real, sustainable transformation.
Our integrated system uses the science of yoga, wisdom of Ayurveda, and the modern reality of human development practices to support overall health, enhance clarity, and sustain well-being. We call this the art of living well.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Dynamic therapeutic-based yoga sequencing, posture alignment study with basic hands-on assists, breath and subtle body essentials
Foundations of Ayurveda - yoga’s sister science - it’s principles, qualities, self-care practices, and it’s therapeutic application and use in yoga (Ingest/Digest/Assimilate/Eliminate)
Human potential: reveal your authentic voice and truly reflect on your behaviors, patterns, and blocks that keep you from cultivating greater healing. Participate in effective self-reflection exercises, journaling, and discussions to create new mindsets, and real sustainable transformation into true leadership.
Daily pranayama, cleansing Kriyas, meditation, chanting, and yoga asana practices
Effective teaching techniques, communication tools, and regular daily practice teaching
Hands-on adjustments, alignment guidelines, therapeutic principles, posture clinics and essential skills for connecting with every-body
Enjoy your Yoga Teacher Training experience at Peace Retreat, our serene, welcoming retreat center located in the Costa Rican jungle along the Pacific coast.
Enjoy two yoga studio spaces surrounded by nature, an outdoor swimming pool, delicious Salud! café and juice/smoothie bar, exclusive local handmade item boutique, sweat lodge, labyrinth, and Ayurvedic treatment centre.

$500 deposits will reserve your spot in the training and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable at any time.
Refunds will not be issued, for any reason, 90 days or less before training start date and can only be applied to a future Swastha Yoga program within one year of cancellation date. There will be absolutely NO refunds issued for no-shows, and for those who choose to, or who are asked to leave before the program completion date.
In the unlikely event that Swastha Yoga needs to cancel a program, participants will be refunded the full tuition amount paid.
Your yoga teacher training includes $500 non-refundable deposit, tuition, training manual, 3 delicious meals per day, and double shared/private accommodations.
