Costa Rica Entry Requirements:

Due to COVID-19, Costa Rica Customs and Immigration have entry requirements called Health Pass. To obtain a Health Pass for travel within Costa Rica, mandatory travel medical insurance is required. For reasonably priced and reliable international travel medical insurance we recommend the following plans from TRAWICK INTERNATIONAL. US Citizens & Residents:
SAFE TRAVELS VOYAGER- Covers trip cancellation from $0 up to $100,000 and includes $250,000 Primary Medical with coverage for Pre-Existing Medical conditions on plans purchased prior to or with final trip payment. $2000 Trip Delay includes lodging expenses Upgrades available. The optional Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) provides reimbursement for the percentage of the prepaid, non-refundable, forfeited payments you paid for your trip, if you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered. Must be purchased with initial policy and within 21 days of the initial trip deposit date, and the full, nonrefundable trip cost is insured.
Non-US Citizens:
SAFE TRAVELS INTERNATIONAL- Travel Medical for anyone while traveling outside their Origin (Home Country). Please note this policy IS NOT valid for travel from, in, or to the United States of America, or if you are living in your destination.

*Note: Additionally, your airline and/or Costa Rica Customs may ask to see your return flight information before your departure and/or upon arrival. We suggest having all this information readily available to ensure a smooth travel experience.
